Step-by-step help for setting up and running dual enrollment.

Sign in to DualEnroll

Who this is for

Student, High School Counselor, High School Administrator, College Administrator

Everyone uses the same sign-in page, whichever role you hold and whoever set your account up. If your password does not work, the fix depends on whether you have finished setting the account up yet.

Before you start

You need a DualEnroll account that you have finished setting up. If you were invited but never completed setup, see If this doesn't work below. Resetting your password will not get you in until the account is activated.

Signing in

  1. Go to your DualEnroll sign-in page.
  2. Enter your email address and your password. The field accepts email or username. If your account was created recently you have an email-based login and no separate username.
  3. Select Sign in. Older sign-in pages label this button Login.

Resetting your password

  1. On the sign-in page, select Forgot your username or password?
  2. Fill in one of the two boxes on the form that opens: By text msg for your ten-digit cell phone number, or Or by email for your email address. Then select Send.
  3. Follow the instructions in the message to set a new password. The code and the link both stop working two hours after the message is sent.

Text message is often the faster route. Either way, what arrives is a way to set a new password, and your username too if your account has one.

What success looks like

You land on your DualEnroll home page, showing the enrollment activity for your account. If your college requires two-factor authentication for your role, you set that up on your first sign-in before you reach the home page.

If this doesn't work

  • You were invited but the reset doesn't work. If your account is still Invited, meaning you received an invitation but never finished setting up the account, resetting your password will not let you sign in. Contact the person who invited you, or the DualEnroll Help Desk, to finish activating it.
  • The reset code or link no longer works. Both stop working two hours after the message is sent. Request a new one and use it straight away.
  • You have forgotten your username. Existing usernames still work, and the password reset message includes yours if you have one. If you would rather not wait, sign in with your email address, which works on every account. Newer accounts have no username at all and sign in by email only.
  • The reset message never arrives. Check that the email address or cell phone number on your account is one you can still reach. If it isn't, contact the college running your dual enrollment program.
