Who this is for
College Administrator
Requires user-management permission
Staff at your college need their own DualEnroll accounts to work registrations, run reports or manage terms. You create the account, choose what it can do, and DualEnroll emails them an invitation to set their password. For the routes an account can arrive by, see Understanding user account creation.
Before you start
You need user-management permission. College Super Administrator, College Master Administrator and College Basic Admin carry it, as does college-system staff. If College Users is missing from the Admin menu, your role does not have it: ask your college administrator or the DualEnroll Help Desk.
Steps
Warning: Selecting Create emails the invitation immediately. Check the name, email address and role before you save.
- From the Admin menu, select College Users.
- Select Add. College Users add form
- Enter the user's Name, Email, and Role (all required). The available roles are your college's configured list.
- Select Create. DualEnroll emails the user an invitation from noreply@dualenroll.com with a link to set up their account.
What success looks like
The user appears in the College Users list marked Invited; it changes to Confirmed once they complete setup.
If this doesn't work
If they don't respond to the invitation, you can confirm the account on their behalf from their record: see Understanding user account creation. For anything else, contact the DualEnroll Help Desk.
